Pizza frittata recipes - a cross between pizza and omelette
Frittata recipes make a type of Italian omelette that uses fillings such as meats, cheeses, and vegetables…
Like the French omelette, a frittata is also cooked in a skillet. The difference is that an omelette is cooked solely on a stove and served folded, but a frittata is first partially cooked on a stovetop. Later it is finished under a grill and served open-faced.
Pizza Frittata recipes are mainly egg dishes that blend everyone's favorite ingredients that your family and friends will love. I have tried making it a as a quick dinner using the leftovers for breakfast or lunch. That works really well like that, too!
